|Recommended: YesLiving the good life at Hamlet — After recently moving into Hamlet apartments I have learned quickly that the upkeep on the outside of the building is fantastic, the appliances have been updated which is nice. Basic maintenance is lacking in certain areas of the individual units themself.

|Recommended: YesPeople are dirty and need to be held accountable — I absolutely love my home I love the size of my unit, the location is great, and it is quiet. There is a big problem with people leaving their trash everywhere. It is in the halls, by the doors, in the lawn, on the playground, and people miss the dumpster and leave it on the ground. No one has been around to try and pick it up for months. There is a cockroach problem and it is from people. Many patios around the grounds look like an episode of hoarders, I don't want to know what the inside looks like. I thought there were inspections done routinely to ensure the property is being kept up. Yes, COVID made things a whole lot harder for everyone but this is out of control.

New male staff manager Very considerate and understanding and has made some working changes overall. Woman staff not professional at all. Has an attitude and does not know how to own up to property issues Because that was then and she has nothing to do with it as she was not employed here then. Crazy
|Recommended: NoNot worth it — We have been here only a few months and not only are we feeling unsafe with our neighbors, but the management. The hallways constantly reek of weed and cigarettes, we have neighbors that stomp so bad our dishes rattle also fairly sure they are doing something illegal upstairs and there is faulty wiring in the kitchen lights and ceiling fan. We have told management about all of this and nothing has been done. Don't bother here. Leaving as soon as we can.
